Cooking Tips
Unlike many legumes, lentils don't require pre-soaking. Simply rinse and sort them, then combine with water in a 3:1 ratio (water to lentils). Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes for red lentils or 20-30 minutes for green/brown lentils until tender. They're perfect for soups, stews, salads, and side dishes.
